October mini lan at Coffs, Well its time again for a clan lan

With the warmer months upon us and some actually emerging from hibernation, it would seem fair to get togehter and worship the sun by staying indoors and playing games.

Well the annual 8 player max lan at Taffy's is upon us again.

The weekend fo the 27th October is especially good and those confirmed are;

Vader, Termite, Bish, Taff, a poss of Chris0123(Termites mate), with Crow and Lord yet to confirm.

Mainly because the 27th October is Crows brthday!!!!!

So Dropbear may trip down for the weekend from Brizzy but failing that we have one slot free. All Star Clan members are welcome and its 2 to a room for the 3 rooms and Bish being local treks home or collapses on the lounge.

So add comments guys and confirm away.

If there is enough interest we may expand it with the wife and kids visiting the outlaws in Sydney, so we could be in for a noisy good time.
Not sure and it all depends on you guys replying.

Hi guys, sounds good. i'm not sure if u guys are interested but I hold a Lan At Cavanbah hall (Near the Warehouse) in coffs harbour. we have a good 30 regulars but have had up to 50 Players. We play any range of games. If you are intested there should be one on the 13th of OCT we try hold them monthly but with HSC Exams they have been put off for a bit. have a look at Coffs Lan For more info.

Hi all.... long time no Bear

When i rang Taffy, he informed me that it is the 1st weekend in November now. And yes, I will be there.... rustier than the last time, (Feb that is), since I haven't played since then !!!! Although i did d/l the demo of the chiefs expansion and played the first scenario on that yesterday..... ooooh

Look forward to catching up with everyone then and Wendy, the Lil fella and myself will be staying on for a few days holiday afterwards.....

hey the Lan is done and dusted Ended up being 5-player with Taf, Vader, Termite, Bear and me. To cut a long story short, Lord got hit by a car and since he was in hospital on Thurs night, he didnt make our plane at 720 the next morning! Young StaR_Chris wimped out, for fear that his mates found out he spent the weekend playing games with older men And StaR_Spider squibbed it as well so our 8-player became 5. So Taf and Vader delighted in their favoured FFAs. Me and Bear couldnt beat the 3 of em, 2 v 3 but once we had Queen Isabella enlisted (AI=hard), we had em covered. Sat night was interrupted by the stupid league test and then the Wales/Aust rugby test, jsut as well for our bulging eyes Taf and vader played 1v1 after the rugger with Taf resigning about 5:30AM. Taf's wife Annette acted as support staff so to ensure that not a minute of valuable game time was wasted with cleaning up so this innovation might be extended to the Feb major LAN . Big thx to Taf and Annette for catering etc etc and to the kiddies for moving out of their bedrooms. The 3 boys did win the last game leaving me and Bear as losers ... but a deserved enjoyable victory for the host! So now our thoughts turn to the Clan's annual major LAN.............
