Annual LAN, Time to get organised

hey guys well we all had a great time at the LAN earlier this year at Coffs Harbour. For anyone who missed it, there will be earlier posts but we rented a holiday house and was it 10 of us who played for 3 days?? Who can i remember - Ob1., JJ, Bear, R2D2, Termite, Taffy, Bish, Lord and Vader and me, yeah thats 10. It was bigger than Laura Bingle and we all said lets make it an annual event. Well that one was a bit special cos Ob1 was getting married. So was it a one-off or do u wanna do it again early in 2007?? Maybe bi-annual is a possibility too cos leave passes for us married dudes every year may be stretching it I reckon the same location and same house cos i just wanna get ice from that fridge again It was a reasonably even travel spread and having Taffy and Bish as 2 locals makes sense with logistics for tables and computer gear etc. So, Speeder reckons he is in and bringing CJ too. If these Melbourne boys are coming, maybe we can get Razoo and Vegas?

Anyway time to start registering your interest. The forums can take a little while for news to spread nowdays so if talk about it online too. Log back in and let us know.

Are those days set or just a guide at the moment? I need to know so i can tell my boss when im going to be sick

The dates are set as soon as we get accomodation finalised. We are all very happy to get a second year"bucks party" for OB1 and think his missus will think we have all got something strange we do there (apart from Age3). So reading the numbers of definites we already have 10, I can bring matresses as we did need them last time and we had 11 with the late arrival of bear.

Crow, dont mention we are having more than 10 to the owner or he may not let us. With so many coming and going they cant tell numbers too easily once we are there but if we say more than 10 he charges more.

Another thing to chat about is if everyone bringing their own drinks, as last time both Bish and I took 4 litres of Pepsi each (as we hate Coke) only to have it disappear after the first night never to be replaced.

So lets get consensus this time on how to play it so there is no kharma disruptions apart from the odd cav rush. Pizzas as well are shared unless ordered and paid for separately.
